When I purchased my house in 2015 Holly was the seller's agent. I was impressed with her knowledge of the market and the area. I didn't hesitate to ask her and Margaret to help me when I decided to sell in 2019. They make an excellent team. My house sold in December which is typically a difficult month to sell. Holly an Margaret made many helpful suggestions and were very active in the process of selling. If you want honest advice and a professional experience then you can't do better than Holly and Margaret.

After 39 years in our 4 bedroom family home and recently caring for it alone, I decided that it was time to downsize. I called Margaret Placko and explained my plans to locate closer to my son and his family. Margaret and her colleague, Holly Pickens, visited with me at my home and thoroughly explained the entire process. Once the house was placed on the MLS there were several showings and an offer shortly thereafter. Margaret handled the negotiations with great expertise and supported me the entire way. After closing, I needed to find a new home. Margaret was extremely patient with my lack of direction in indecisiveness after seeing many homes! Her encouragement and understanding were so appreciated! Thankfully, I closed on my new, forever home just 2 days prior to Thanksgiving. Margaret was with me during every step of the journey and I could not be more grateful to her and her team at Baird and Warner. We recently bought a beautiful house with Holly's help. As an agent we realized how wonderful she is, ever noticing the small things that inform what you tend to like and dislike. She also maintains her distance and is never pushy leading us to really open up as we have always only felt her sincere desire to help us get the best house. The things we would notice with her would never have been possible if it hadn't been due to her diligence on our behalf. She was also trying her best to keep us realistic so we could execute the buying of the house without any hiccups. I would recommend her very highly to anyone as she is someone who truly cares and follows up with making sure you buy the best house, and balancing being the best professional approach. Margaret Placko was the listing agent on our prior home and the selling agent on our current home. Margaret was very patient with us as we went through the process of making the decision whether or not to sell during the pandemic. She was always available for questions when we had them. Once we listed our home, it sold rather quickly. Margaret took great care to make sure that the contract that came in on our home was from a well-qualified buyer.
