Hi Margaret & Holly, I just wanted to send this note along to you.  More than you know, I deeply appreciate the opportunity to work with you. It's just plain fun and profitable!!   I have said this over and over, and it has born out time after time, you two are my good luck charms.  I don't have to tell you that in probably the worst real-estate market I've ever seen, you were able to sell my condo, quickly and at a $17,000.00 (before the tax benefit calculations) profit -- unbelievable!!  I still marvel at that deal. Timing and your skillful, subtle, yet engaging personalities helped us sell that condo at a great price.   Then, in helping me lease my condo, you found an amazing young couple.  Not only are they wonderful tenants - they have completely redecorated my unit and are helping pay for the improvements -- I anticipate that when they move out, I'll be able to sell it at a handsome profit because those tenants have made it look like a model home!  And yet again, this amazing Pickens and Placko Team, found a great little house, at a great little price on North Main Street.  Once again, Holly and Margaret found an amazing tenant and I have just rented it at a significant premium to many other nearby properties.   If you want to invest, hire Margaret and Holly; if you want to sell, hire Margaret and Holly.  If you want phenomenal tenants, hire Margaret and Holly!
