The Vernon Hills Park District blends two seasonal favorites—Trucks, Trunks & Treats and Fall Fest—into one day of family-friendly Halloween fun. Expect hayrides, inflatables, costume contests, and a lineup of food trucks serving festive bites. Border Tails Rescue will be on-site for dog adoptions, and pups can strut their stuff in the doggie costume parade.
